I'm glad to see you're really getting into this bowhunting. You will enjoy it. Its a great time of year. I've been bowhunting for over 30 years now and used to use 125 gr broadheads. Now I exclusively use Muzzy 100 gr 3 blade broadheads. I believe these have a 1 1/16" cutting width which meets most state laws and they fly as good as field tips thru a properly set up bow.
