I thought about getting a lab, but I live in an apartment at the moment. I plan to buy a house this summer and I might get a dog then. Are they very hard to train? If I got one in August could I have him ready by October? Anyways, I was just looking at my waterfowl guide book, and this year, we are having a special season on geese that runs from Feb 11th to March 31st. There is NO bag limit of any kind and you don't have to use a plug in your gun! I'm going to try some hunting in a wheat field. Thanks for the info! Matt
