People will tell you yes, but I aint so sure.

I am left eye dominant and shoot right handed. Granted, I don't shoot really good, but I don't know that its because of that. Howard Hill shot cross-dominant, one of the best ever. Your eye to hand coordiantion will simply develope in my opinion, much like I shoot basketball or throw a football. They go where I want them to, and thats good enough for me.

Try canting the bow a bit, it helped me a bit in my shooting. Also, make sure your arrows fly really good - impossible to shoot great groups with poor arrow flight.
