I have also had nothing but good exp. with high country. I sent off my bow to them with a cracked limb and also got it back in a week with all new strings,etc. But like everyone has said they do have such a bad reputation that none of the local proshops carry them anymore. Even when I went 100 miles to Oklahoma City OK there were only 2 shops that even messed with them and one was selling out of high country bows when I went because of there lowsy service he said. But I am still shooting mine for now.
