Default RE: Seen this yet?

Here's some additional info on this rest-

The rest was designed a couple of years ago when HCA applied for a pattent but did not market it because at that time was still in R& D stages and basically did not have the time or the manpower to finish the rest to get it in production due to more inportant R&D projects that took priority over the rest.
The rest is now been perfected and ready for the open market.

Yes TR copied the design and put their version of the rest on the market before the patent went through. this is something that they will deny nor can anyone prove but we know the truth.

The rest sits on a dovetail frame, all aluminum construction except for the turkey claw, vertical drop. actually it is not a ball, it is a small brass pulley with a groove for the cord to sit in the middle. the housing has a rod with a spring to make the rest drop, the static cord can be attached to either the harness or the cable guard slide. here at HCA we are fanatics about making light weight equipment so you can Rest assured (No Pun Intended ) that it is one of the lightest rests avalable yet still tough enough to handle the the hardaes abuse short of a nuclear blast.

the biggest advantage is that the turkey claw holds the arrow in place and is very good for hunting and the arrow cannot fall off the launcher when drawing the bow back turned on its side, and is very quiet.

the rest will retail around 65.00 to 85.00 depending on the dealer
Dont quote me on this but I believe that the rest along with the other Archers choice line will be Dealer only. HCA has dropped all of the mass merchants so the Independant dealers can regain control of the market.

HCA is now a dealer only Bow Manufacturer.

I will see what I can do to get better Pics after the Show this week
Mike
Does the described drop action of this rest differ internally from the TR Drop Zone?
