Never used Wonder Blue, but I have heard good things secondhand, and the written reviews I have seen speak highly of it. Oxpho Blue is less expensive, and a very good cold blue in itself. I use Oxpho for tools, as well as firearm touchups. Wears well, much better than any other cold blue I have tried.
