The news says they're specialy trained "sharpshooters". This will go on till March. Sounds more like, an invitation only, got to know someone,I'm better than you cause I have a badge hunt. I think a few of us archers or sportsman could achieve the same goal without the towns people hearing all kinds of shooting. Any comments Bowhuntercop?
