A local pro shop told me there is no way to tune your fixed blades with these shafts with fixed blades.
I seem to recall Jeff stating that his heads all spun perfectly true once installed.
Assuming correct spine and bow tune, I wouldn't see why not.
Sounds like the local "pro" is full of crap, but you seem to have that figured out
