Default RE: Bowtech Cable clearance problem?

I am a bit confused with this one. I have owned four Bowtech bows over the last three model years. None of them has exhibited a fletching clearance problem with the cables. I use 3, 4 inch plastic AAE or Bohning vanes with a straight fletch setting.

Are you guys using a higher profile vane or feather?....what is your centershot measurement? Is it possible that some of the bows had the cable guard rod hole in the riser machined at the wrong angle?
