i know that but is that exactly how you do it. because once i click "embed picture in post" and then click "click here to upload" it pops up a menu that tells you "select a file to upload" and right next to it it says"browse" and at the bottom it says MAX 30KB. and i click browse and select the file i want and then i click ok and it says that my file is not supported.

when you tell me how to do it then if it doesnt work could i just e-mail the picture to you?
