Get on some sort of high end food sorce like corn or soy beans. They are still around in the evenings, spot fields in late dusk and move in during the middle of the day. Just cause it is late season don't mean you can't stick one. Just remeber that they are really starting to look for food right now, if you find that you'll find the deer.
