Bama I have tried Purina's deer-chow and I had some trouble getting them to eat it, I have a gravity feeder and finally mixed it about 50-50 with corn and they finally got to where they would eat alittle as long as it was mixed, I also had a little problem with the rain dissolving the pellets, if a person can get them to eat it I bet it would do more for the deer especially antler growth but don't sell corn to short it is not very high in protein but it is loaded with fat and energy.
