Hello, anyone from the NorthEast States that Have a Black Bear Season in it know of some good Public hunting land....I'm getting ready for Heart surgery and hopefuly be able to do a spring Bear hunt on Public Land. I am a member of the NAHC & BUCKMASTERS, if there is any other members that can help me please let me know.
