I would only add to make sure the lease isn't a shared lease or anything like that. Also make sure the land owner knows your intents. I actually had one land owner who did not allow us to use treestands! That was no good for bowhunting. However the next year we showed him some ladder stands and climbing stands and he said they would be fine to use, he just didn't want any permanent stands put up on his prop.
