It could also be the limbs rubbing inside the limb pockets. A little silicone spray lube around the limb butts might stop it. Also, check any screws in the cams to make sure they're tight. If it doesn't stop after doing both of those, then I'd be taking the bow back and have it gone over. New bows should not be clicking.
