My first concern would be the meat I would have to try to recover the deer the same as I would if it were just a doe. I once used a trappers boat and the butt of my unloaded shotgun as an oar to retrieve a doe I had shot that busted through some ice while trying to escape accross a frozen channel. It took me 3 hrs to retrieve that 100 lb. doe and I'd do it again today if I had to. I believe if your going to pull the trigger you better be ready to do what ever it takes to recover the animal or stay on the porch with the pups.<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>
