I hunted with Keith Connors and Shane Black (BC Safaris) in northern BC this past September. I did take a fairly nice moose:

Some things you need to be aware of:
1. On a moose hunt, you get what you pay for. There are cheap moose hunts and there are good moose hunts. Seldom is a hunt cheap and really good.
2. Usually the price of the hunt does not include the cost of licenses or the cost of float plane flight into the hunting area. Also, if you go to northern BC, air travel is a bit more expensive than you might think.
3. Weather can be a bear. On my hunt, it rained for the first seven days, then snowed the next three. Then we went home. I didn't see the sun but one time in the ten days. Having said that, I would go again in a heartbeat.
