I haven't missed this year but I have made a bad shot on one of the fallows that I harvested. I swear something must have happened that I didn't see. About a sixty yard shot broadside perfect rest on the gun both front and rear. Shot was stable not moving or shaking squeezed the trigger. Couldn't have had a more perfect condition, however that bullet still hit the deer in front of the rear quarter like the deer had turned around at the last minute (but it didn't) just a bad shot I guess. By the way the deer dropped like a sack of potatoes.
