Im assuming you are talking about the Remington 120 grn hp factory ammo. With the correct shot placement it will definetly do the trick. I however love the hornady 139 light magnum with the sst or soft point bullet. Very accurate and deadly. I am not a fan of remington ammunition in general (just my opinion, doesnt shoot well out of any of my guns), but a good 120 grn bullet from some big bullet manufatures like sierra, hornady or nosler will kill the biggest whitetail on the planet. Use whatever shoots well out of your gun. Shot placement is everything.
