Most bow manufacturers recommend 6gr/lb of draw weight. That means total arrow weight. I assume your bow maxes at 60lbs. Therefore they say shoot at least 360gr. That's for warranty purposes. IBO sets a minimum of 5gr and many shoot this to get more speed. Most hunting setupswill give you somewhere between 320 and 450gr of arrow. All depends on shafts, points, etc. A good site to see this for yourself is www.bowjackson.com You can put data in there and come up with all kinds of options. Try it.
