Something to think about with female shooters. I would highly suggest that they use a peep sight. The reason? about 40% of females are right hand dominant, but left eye dominant. This can cause major problems in the shooting sports (especially trap,skeet, and sporting clays where keeping both eyes open is the norm). Using a peep will force her (if she has left eye dominance) to use her right eye every time (also closing the left eye is a must).
Just food for thought. I have a montana gold 4 pin sight. I love it. It is bright, and extremely tough with lifetime warrenty on the pins.
