I believe that the head was designed as a "concept" head with the intention of selling the production rights and possibly patents to one of the big players in the broadhead game. As of last year I think, Muzzy was talking to them, but I don't know if that ever panned out.
Other than a few prototypes I don't know if these were ever produced.
