There's some "felt recoil" in the .350 Rem Mag as well.....but quite manageable. Muzzle blast, though significant, is not what I'd call terrible. And even though accuracy has been "reasonable" with the factory loads....I'll wait until I've had time to test some reloads before I'll say any thing other than that! But, in total, I'm pleased with the "package" to this point in time.

I wouldn't mind having a 673 chambered in 6.5mm Remington Magnum....just to save as a "collectable". As good a caliber as it is....I'm not sure it is going to find much more acceptance this time around. (I wander if I can claim it in my IRA and take a "tax deduction" on the purchase?)

I guess I shouldn't even joke about that.....lest the IRS find out!
