If the animal cannot escape, it's fenced. For example, on some South African ranches, there's 25000 acres fenced. In my mind, and P&Y's, the plains game hunted there is not in fair chase. However, the leopard, who can climb the fence, and often does, can be hunted fairly, in my opinion. I'm not sure how P&Y views these animals.
