Yes. I have cut deers throats and wow, 10-15 minutes to die on a 20 yard run???I have had tough WI deer run 20 yards and drop but they were dead when they hit the ground. If a wounded deer is capable of running after the shot it WILL cover 100 yards in 2-3 full seconds. These deer should be in the next county. I know a wounded deer will bed down but the point is the story doesn't make sense.
