We're allowed all the does you care to shoot in the zone I live in. The season runs from Sept 14-Jan 31. So, I guess there's no bag limit. We give most of them away and donate a lot to Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry. Maryland has a shortage of hunters but more a shortage of land access.
