Fletch-Tite or Fastset?
I'm trying to do my own arrows and the guy at the bow shop sold me some Fastset and fletching accelorator. The two products totaled $19.00.
When comparing this solution to Fletch-Tite, he said the Fastset would hold better (especially since I use a Wisker-Biscuit). However, my brother-in-law swears by Fletch-Tite (which is a heck of a lot cheaper but takes longer to set up).
What do you think, should I keep the more expensive Fastset and accelerator or take it back and go with the Fletch-Tite?
BTW, I had to buy the accelorator because my vanes didn't have the accelorator on them already (like the Arizona vanes).
Thanks,
Darren
PS: The Fastset package doesn't show the ingredients, however, I wonder if there is a similar product available that doesn't cost as much? The stuff is probably just Super Glue in a different package?
