Hey ram, I've been using it for about 4 yrs and have had great success. I started out with 1 acre on my 137 acre farm and later planted 2 more acres. The deer love it. I do recomend taking have soil test done before planting though. You should try for a Ph level of about 6.5 to 7.5. You should be able to get a soil sample kit from tour county co-op for about $10.00 and if tell them what you are planting they can give you fertilizer and lime recomendations based on your soil test.
