Either bow will serve you well. The Hunter's Quest 35 is super quiet, and shoots excellently. I've yet to try the Max Xtreme, but I like the geometry on my Max 3000 so figure I will like the MaxXtreme too. either way, I can always go with the Quest 35, I already know that is a phenominal bow too, one that has already been proven.
