Do any of you seriously shoot with your eye/eyes closed ? Do you know that makes you lose depth perception, periphreal vision etc etc ?

DO NOT CLOSE YOUR EYES WHILE SHOOTING ! Like I said, I shot for years right handed with a peep etc etc and am strong left eye dominant. I shot both eyes open, just like I'd shoot a basketball, throw a football or shoot a scoped rifle. Sure, I had to concentrate or my vision would "drift" but I think overall that helped me become a pretty good shot.

I now shoot a longbow - I just draw, focus and shoot - my mind KNOWS how to compensate for the rest. Or at least sometimes it does
