1950Kid, I'm surprised that didn't work.I'm out of suggestions. One last one might be take it to a Gunsmith.It shouldn't cost much to install a new bead.He'll probably drill it out on retap it to a larger thread.I sure hope you get this straightened out.These things can get aggravating.
