Yes, I'm really hoping for a mild winter as far as temperature wise. So far it's really been nice and I'm sure the birds are faring well. Then a dry spring would be great for the hatch. Could be an awesome year next fall if everything falls into place.

I'm heading to Iowa on Friday morning for a day hunt. It's about a 2 hour drive and I figure on spending the whole day tromping CRP and cattails. Can't wait.
