Check out this buck. It's a 3X3 that almost makes B&C. Would they fine you if you shot this in western PA under the 4 point rule? I think I would have to take this over a basket-racked 8-point and take my chances. I guess it would be better to let this buck grow. In a couple of years he might be a wall hanger.
