My bow came with a 75% let off and I had the moduals changed out to 65% to meet the P/Y perameters, but what I found out is if you shoot the 75% and don't pull back to the maximum, then you'll meet these perameters of less than 75%, but since I"m in trophy country, I'm not going to take the chance, my equipment is within the guidelines of P/Y.
