Those Weatherby and Lazzeroni cartridges are so hot already, you probably will not be able to improve their performance (fps) by reloading. You might be able to increase accuracy a bit with slightly lower velocity. You certainly could lower your cost/cartridge by reloading. Given what you have said, .300 RUM seems like a better match.
