binocular questions
Looking to upgrade from my Alpen 10x25 binoculars, to something brighter. Thinking about a roof prism, waterproof, fogproof, bak4, 8x32 or 8x36. Have noticed that alot of guys use, 8x40 or 10x40. Is the extra brightness of the 40mm worth extra weight over a lighter 32mm or 36mm? And is a 40mm pratical for bowhunting and gun hunting in a tree stand? Also, what do you guys think about the Brunton Lite Tech, 8x32 and 10x42? They are waterproof, fogproof, roof prism, bak4, and have a emerald fire magnesium flouride coating to enhance light transmission, or so the catalog says. I know its not zeiss, or steiner or even leopold but, the cash ain't there for these brands. Thanks for for all replys.
