1-3x's a day while at work. Once or twice on weekends maybe.
Don't worry, I don't rob my employer of time. I do not take breaks during the day, because my schedule is so speratic. So when I get just a couple of minutes, I climb on here or some other site for a break. That or walk around outside for a second or two, just to get out of the building.
