Scouting, shed hunting, hitting the range/yotes for practice, wood working, making jerky & ice fishing. I never really look at it ending but rather about 2 week vacation then it is a new season beginning with scouting and planning for next fall. I keep a journal and when my rifle is put away I enter in all the notes into my master copy...this keeps busy for a few hours as well.
