1) I saw a buck that good on my low fenced ranch last weekend. It all depends on what you kill on your hunting area and what is killed around it.
2) Your point is well made. THERE WOULD NOT BE BUCKS THAT GOOD WITHOUT THE HIGH FENCE. That is because they can control the harvest behind that fence, not because the animals are not wild and freeranging. If the fence wasn't there, someone would be killing those bucks before they every reached the age of that buck in the photo.
As many have said, to each his own, but you won't ever convince me that deep down you guys don't know the difference between hunting a 100 acre high fence and a 10,000 acre one. One is a canned hunt and the other isn't and you know it.
