RE: Varmit hunters, Loads, bullets for 22-250?
I am a big fan of nosler ballistic tips. My 22-250 seems to prefer the 50 grain variety. I chose to shoot ww-760 powder because it meters so well, and when reloading for a varmint rifle, I like to knock rounds out quick. I've shot many 1 hole groups (3 and 5 shot). Terminal performance is fantastic on prarie dogs and rock chucks. If you don't have the ww-760, give hogdon 380 a try.
