Default RE: FLAT shooting rifle

For the type of shooting your describing, a 22-250 or a 25-06 would do just fine. Then again, so would a dozen others.
As for trajectory, that is how much the bullet drops over a given distance. Think of it as throwing a rock, the farther the rock flies, the more it drops until it eventually hits the ground. Simple physics.the bullets trajectory is the path the bullet takes before it hits the ground. What you saw on jamington.com was, simply put, short range and long range bullet drop. Some guys like to get more detailed, but thats the basics, bullet flight path= trajectory.
BTW,I thought you were going to use that shiney new Remington for all your shooting, is it fixed yet?? What was the problem?? Just curious.
As for what make to choose, although I don't own one, I've been hearing very good things about Savage lately.Unless of course you want to stick with Remington
