We have viewed deer a lot of times either during the season, or even pre- or post-season. The same is the law here in Nebraska. You can hunt varmints/predators with spotlights, but not deer. The sad part is some people actually still hunt deer with a spot light. If you get caught with a rifle and a spot light in your vehicle during season, they can take away your privileges forever. Why risk it? It is very cool to see just how many deer are out there at night while viewing with a spot light though. It makes you realize just how smart some of these deer really are!
