RE: YMR (15-17) draw weight
I personally do not see the need for pulling 70#. Sure you'll get more speed but if you can estimate yardages hittin' the spot shouldn't be that much more difficult and your arms will thank you for it. if you'd drop your bow down to 65# you should be much more stable and your accuracy ought to improve. Right now i'm pullin 64lbs with my MQ-1 with 28 inch 3-60's ACC's ... 29 inch draw (1 inch overdraw) while everyon else is givin' out there weights and how muacho we are i'll join in a guess. i'm 17. weigh 178 and bench 235. In my experience.... i'm not sure bench press helps strengthen muscles needed to draw a bow. It seems like those are a completly differnet set of muscles.
