We have high fence operations in my state. They are called ZOOS. At least in my state it is against the law to hunt inside a high fence. Some states make hunting behind a fence big buisiness. I feel that these places are made for people who have little or no hunting skills but they are rich and they want to be able to brag about shooting an animal.
