If you had you would have recieved a copy of the regulations that explain in detail all of the most pertinent laws and rules applying not only to hunting in general but the WMAs as well. It can also tell you who to contact about hunter safety courses in your area.
To answer your question, the WMA "Stamp" costs $19.00 and gives you access to 99 WMAs throughout the state. Total acerage is in excess of 1,000,000 acres some owned some leased and some managed as a joint State and Federal effort. Seasons vary from area to area and are spelled out in the regulation book.
