Default RE: do you take too much equipment in the woods???

Some day's I feel like I'm a total pack rat. But when I gun hunt I stay out all day and I'm a long way from the truck through two swamps. I have to change all of my clothes, which I back pack in a dry bag a day or two before the season starts along with my Double Bull T2 blind, chair, heater and rifle. So on day's I hunt I just take food, water, etc in my usual day pack, which of course has all the other junk you would usually take with you in the woods.

Bow hunting is usually not so labor intensive as I hunt a little closer to the road and usually can wear just about all of my clothes out to the stand or strap them on my day pack. But I always have food and extra clothes in my truck which I can walk back to rather easily.

It always seems like I have to much with me but I don't mind the extra weight or work needed to carry it.
