I had the same problem. My problem was in my setup. My steelforce broadheads were hitting a little high and just barely going into the deer. I paper tuned my bow, got everything lined up. Next deer i shot, arrow went down thru the right side of the spine and out the armpit lol under the shoulder, deer fell within 30 yards. dont blame the broadheads, any broadhead will kill a deer if its put in the right spot by a well tuned bow.
