Give him one if he asks along with all your information.. Its his duty to prove it isn't what you say it is.
I've loaded hundreds of 10 ga steel shot many years ago. It was an experience loading shotshells and I had my "miscues". But I tell you what, using my old Mag10 with 3 1/2" shells full of 8 shot on doves was good practice for waterfowl. And that ball of 8 shot flying through the air looked like a swarm of gnats.
