After almost a decade of caring for loved ones, hospice, and estates and all, and putting hobbies on hold, I thru together a flintlock last December, and made it out to hunt this fall.

Not sure how I got back to hunting to be honest. At first, I was consciously saying, do this next, just to keep doing anything, with no feeling of desire or anticipation. But at some point late this past summer, I will would taste just a hint of excitement.

Nothing earth shattering transpired, but I did make meat, and for this year, feel the call of the wild.
