Congrats to all who were successful. I have to say this has been one of the the most disappointing spring seasons I can recall. I called in the same jake on the first two days of the season, heard him again on the third day and didn't hear a single gobble again until the Monday evening of the last week and that was on another property. That was one of the few decent weather days of the whole season. Almost everyone I've talked to in my area has had similar results. Very little gobbling. I've had a few hens come in to my calling but no mature gobblers. One of my buddies and his brother each got birds but other than that it's been a really slow season in our area.
